- You will analyze, evaluate, and review proposed and on-going procurements and cost and pricing data for highly complex multi-year acquisition.
- You will lead the team, allocating workload and tasks among employees to support mission priorities and ensure timely completion.

**Qualifications**:

- Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the **GS-13** grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following**:_Managing procurement and policy actions, evaluating cost and pricing strategies, and leading teams to achieve mission-critical objectives efficiently. _**

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.

Possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution authorized to grant baccalaureate degrees.

Be a current career or career-conditional employee of the Department of Defense who occupied an 1102 or contracting position with authority to award or administer contracts in excess of the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT) in an Executive Department on or before September 30, 2000.

OR

Be a current active duty military member of the armed forces (other than Coast Guard) who occupied a contracting position or similar occupational specialty to the GS (or equivalent) 1102 on or before September 30, 2000.

This is a Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project
(AcqDemo) position in the NH-04 broadband with an advertised pay range from
the lowest equivalent GS 14 grade Step 1 to the highest equivalent GS 15
grade step 10 in the broadband. However, this position is covered by a
salary control points within the NH-04 broad band and the salary range is
$122,198 to $180,063. If your current federal salary is above this amount,
your salary may be matched, if applicable
