**POSITION TITLE**: Area Manager/ Corporate + Franchise Manager.

**Travel: Required (Multiple stores along Miami Dade/ Broward county)**
- Manages operations standards and quality control of training and teams of Mister O1 restaurants This includes the execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs, and systems.
- Provides leadership, direction, training, and development to the managers and team members.
- Creates and maintains a "MISTER O1 EXTRAORDINARY EXCELLENCE" environment

- Treats each Mister O1 store as if it is the ONLY Mister O1.
- Leads by example
- Energy: Sets the tone with positive energy. The restaurant should “feel good”
- Anticipates guest needs, effectively interacts and constantly coaches the team while knowing at all times how the team is executing with service and pizza quality.
- Effectively and clearly communicates with everyone. Gives clear verbal direction and has excellent written recap skills.
- Follow up: Has excellent follow up skills. When coaching of any kind is given this role requires consistent follow up to make sure the progress required was completed.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple Mister O1 locations in Miami
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Work with the corporate office to implement national initiatives and programs
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of General Managers and provide coaching and feedback

**Requirements**:

- Be able to travel around Miami Dade/ Broward county
- Must be passionate for customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

Pay: $90,000.00 per year
