**Required**:

- Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school or possession of a General Equivalency Diploma (GED) certificate, supplemented by coursework in finance or accounting.
- Four (4) years of office and accounting experience, two (2) years of which shall have been at a level requiring independent judgment.
- Knowledge of general, paraprofessional accounting practices, business English, and modern office practices.
- Ability to operate a personal computer and related equipment to process, develop, analyze, and create data.
