Customer Success Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead Customer Success team of 5-7
- Manage ticketing workflow
- Responsible for CSAT, Average Handle Time
- Responsible for managing customer demo, support Zoom calls
- Handle escalations
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree
- Good with customers and good with people management
- 5-7 years total experience
- 3 years minimum in management position
- Technical competence in technical solution, configuring systems, projects like Microsoft 365, Networking, A/V systems

Work Location:

- Houston, TX Headquarters Office

Work Remotely
- Opportunity for 1 day a week, at management discretion.

Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
