Job Summary:
The Business Office File Clerk at Envision Toyota of Milpitas will be responsible for organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files for our business office. This full-time, hourly administrative position is perfect for someone looking to start their career in the auto industry. The role will be based in our Milpitas, California location and is an individual contributor role.

Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $20 to $25 per hour, paid semimonthly. In addition, the employee will be eligible for benefits such as health insurance, 401k, and paid time off.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files for the business office.
- Ensure all files are accurately labeled and easily accessible for authorized personnel.
- Monitor and update various business office spreadsheets and records.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail to appropriate recipients.
- Assist with other office administrative tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an office environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Availability:

- Monday through Friday and possibly some weekends.
