**Work Hours**:Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

**Summary**:
This position will primarily serve adults with disabilities in the community. Our programs provide support for individuals with varying abilities in finding and maintaining successful, integrated employment in the community.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Work with consumers to assist in identifying areas of interest related to employment.
- Communicates with employers to monitor progress of consumers performance on the job.
- Communicates with employers to help and support consumers to assist with successful employment.
- Provides service coordination to community consumers in the Delmarva Works day program.
- Attends PCP team meetings to review and discuss progress on consumer outcomes.
- Develops required service implementation plans (SIP) for day program consumers.
- Develops required competitive integrated employment forms for consumers in integrated employment.
- Monitors consumer progress on yearly goal and outcomes.
- Communicate with local DORS office regarding referrals for virtual employment class and conduct virtual class.
- Communicates with local DORS office regarding referrals for pre-employment training class and monitors consumers at individual work placements.
- Assists day program staff with career exploration for consumers.
- Assist day program staff with activities and volunteer opportunities for consumers in the day program.
- Completes required bi yearly integrated employment reports for DDA.
- Works with day program staff to complete payroll for consumers participating in career exploration.
- Works with day program staff to assure that vehicle mileage sheets are forwarded to DCT office.
- Offers support to Delmarva Works consumers and staff.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

**Education, Experience, and Licensing, and Other Position Requirements**:

- CRC Certification within 18 months -Certified Rehabilitation Counselor
- ACRE Certification within 18 months-Association of Community Rehabilitation Educators
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least 18 years of age with 2 years driving experience.
- Pass State/Federal background check.
- Negative results on pre-employment and random drug/alcohol tests.
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license with no more than 4 points.
- Must maintain Sate and Agency required mandated training.
- Employee must be able to receive, understand, and communicate verbal and written instruction and communicate in the English language.
