- Process sale and refinance transactions and eventually conduct closings on said transactions
- Create ledgers and invoices, post payments, cut checks
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Accurately input, edit, and process orders and documents
- Run local errands
- Clean and stock public areas of the office
