Land Title & Closing Services, LLC is looking for a Closing Processor to join our team

Land Title is a long-standing title insurance provider who are committed to exceptional customer service.

We are a full service title company for both residential and commercial real estate transactions providing title insurance, real estate closings, construction disbursements and other related services.

We take pride in creating a quality experience for customers - every time.

Job Functions:

  • Review and prepare closing documents
  • Communicate with Customers (Real Estate Agents, Sellers, Buyers, Lenders, Attorneys etc.)
  • Attend closing meetings with all parties
  • Review information from commitments, contracts, etc.
  • Communicate effectively with all parties
  • Have the ability to work well under time constraints and a fast pace environment.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma and/or GED, required
  • Post High School educations, preferred (business administration, legal or related field)
  • 13 years' of title experience, preferred
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to analyze information to completion
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills.

Hours:

  • Monday
  • Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
