Housekeeping Manager

Overview:
**Duties**:

- Manage and supervise the housekeeping department to ensure cleanliness and orderliness throughout the facility.
- Train, develop, and lead a team of housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory management for cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with brand cleanliness standards.
- Address guest complaints promptly and ensure resolutions are achieved efficiently.
- Implement safety training programs and protocols for staff members.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in housekeeping management or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Knowledge of laundering procedures and commercial cleaning practices.
- Experience in supervising staff members and managing schedules.
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and practices.
