**Marketing Coordinator**

As Marketing Manager, you will manage the development and day-to-day activities of brand management, product management, digital marketing, marketing creative, marketing communications, and marketing content management. Among other responsibilities, you will:

- Work directly with dealers, providing service and sales support, gathering feedback, and making product recommendations based on feedback
- Support dealers to increase nationwide sales and brand awareness
- Monitor marketing activities online and offline to ensure a favorable brand presence and ensure that marketing collaterals speak to the brand’s objectives and adhere to branding guidelines.
- Regularly provide summary reports on key brand activities to the CEO using market research, data and analytics to assess their effectiveness; suggest, guide and execute ideas and solutions for improvement as needed.
- Support the forecasting of the marketing budget through proving data and spending projections.
- Assist in planning, implementing and overseeing product launch activities and events such as tradeshows and open houses.

**Qualifications**:

- 5-8 years’ experience in a marketing, advertising, and/or franchise/dealer position.
- Must be a dynamic go-getter who is creative and innovative with a strong work ethic and the ability to lead new initiatives
- Strong understanding of digital marketing; Google Analytics is a plus.
- Proven experience with social media, photography, and video.
- Comprehensive organizational skills, time management, oral and written communication skills, the ability to multi-task and attention to detail required.
- Must be able to work under time constraints and meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines.
- Must be proactive, have a positive attitude, be self-motivated and resourceful as well as possess keen people skills.
- Experience with Illustrator, Canva and/or Photoshop is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or another related field required.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
