Lead Veterinary Client Services Representative

We are a busy 2 doctor private practice looking for a veterinary receptionist to join our team in rural Hebron, CT. We specialize in small animals and have a great group of doctors and employees. Our practice is growing, so this position will have the opportunity for potential growth. You will be part of playing an integral role in providing excellent care to our patients as well as providing outstanding customer service. We pride ourselves on our professionalism and attention to quality care and we expect that throughout the whole hospital.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, handling medical records, invoicing and being willing to help out in any area. One Saturday a month will be required and one evening per week.
Applicants with veterinary experience will have priority. Pay will be determined based on experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure the front desk runs smoothly
- Supervise CSR's
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and escalate when necessary
- Check-ins and Check-outs
- Answering phones
- Scheduling appointments
- Handling medical records
- Invoicing and OTC sales
**Experience**:
- Leadership
- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey information to customers and internal teams
- Spanish speaking a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in order to address customer needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
