We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient flow, and supporting our veterinary team in delivering high-quality care.

• Provide exceptional customer service to pet owners, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage patient flow, ensuring that all necessary paperwork and administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Support the veterinary team by preparing patients for exams, taking vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring that all relevant information is readily available for our veterinary team.
• Collaborate with our veterinary team to ensure that all patients receive the highest level of care and attention.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a veterinary clinic or animal hospital setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with pet owners, veterinary staff, and other healthcare professionals.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
