This person is also involved in warranty administration, issuing parts to jobs, managing and updating pricing and other related tasks. This role interacts with all departments in the company including Sales, Parts, Service, AP, Technicians and Management.

1-2 years supply chain management, buying, inventory, or purchasing experience

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Place Purchase Orders for all departments and sites
- Obtain pricing, product availability, expedite orders
- Warranty Administration - process and track supplier warranties (all sites)
- Add and issue items to Service Jobs and Unit Order jobs
- Process Supplier returns (Return PO)
- Process returns to Stock (adjust inventory and jobs as necessary)
- Work with AP to resolve supplier invoice discrepancies
- Order stock items and supplies based on production needs, corporate needs and reorder report
- Manage and update vendor price sheets, maintain parts “cost” prices in ERP system
- Work with Parts Department to ensure inventory shelves and locations are well organized, labeled and accurate
- Process material transfers between branches as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service to Internal customers (Sales, Parts, Service, Technicians, Admin etc.)
- Detailed, thorough, checks own work, reads paperwork carefully
- Team Player, willing to pitch in and do whatever is needed
- Efficient worker, focused, manages time and priorities well
- Persistent with good follow-through; does not let things linger; keeps track of things to follow-up on
- Smart, capable and a quick learner
- Positive and friendly demeanor when interacting with suppliers and coworkers
- Driven, gets things done, wants to take on more tasks as time allows; Asks what else they can help with
- Sees a need and brings it to the attention of their manager; Sees small needs (ex: replenishing items) and takes care of them; Strives to improve things like processes by making suggestions if they think there could be a better way
- Easy to work with, approachable, good attitude, takes direction well from others
- Flexible, can shift priorities as needed
