**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Prepares and submits activity statistical reports. Generate computer reports.
- Establishes, updates, and maintains information retrieval systems tracking systems.
- Gathers, organizes, and summarizes a variety of data and information. Maintains and updates computer files and databases.
- Performs special projects and prepares reports; prepares correspondence, informational material, and documents. Function with all components of the Microsoft Office suite, word processing and operates office equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Minimum Qualifications**:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the essential duties satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
**Ability to**: Read building plans and surveys preferred.
**Education**: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
**Experience**: One (1) year experience in related field and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Three (3) years of responsible fast-paced office support work performing a variety of clerical, customer service, problem solving, technical and administrative or technical duties preferred.
**Licenses and Certifications**:
- Must possess or obtain a valid Texas driver’s license within the first ninety (90) days of employment and meet the driver safety policy requirements.
