**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the CEO’s schedule, ensuring efficient time management and prioritizing calendar requests based on the CEO's ongoing priorities.
- Act as the first point of contact for the CEO with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional customer service, representing the CEO and Valerian Technology positively.
- Proactively respond to and anticipate the needs of the CEO to facilitate efficient workflow and office dynamics.
- Assist with various administrative tasks including document preparation and meeting coordination.
- Depending on skill alignment, additional responsibilities may include website management and coordination with vendors.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Experience managing extensive scheduling and multiple stakeholder engagements.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a keen attention to detail.
- Customer service oriented with a professional demeanor.
- Basic technical knowledge is preferred but not essential.
