CAM Educational Services is an innovative, educational Start-Up, and one of the most prestigious after-school tutoring and Children's Tech programs in the San Francisco Peninsula, now expanding to wider regions in California.

We are a young educational start-up that serves professional and high-level executive families and in partnership with school districts in San Mateo, Burlingame, San Bruno, South San Francisco, Hillsborough, and Millbrae areas to provide enrichment programs for underprivileged families. We serve students ranging from K- to 8th Grader.

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Assistant Program Manager to lead our programs and services at our Tustin, California site. The Assistant Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the Site Directors in shaping the educational direction of our organization, driving innovation, and ensuring the highest standards of excellence.

**Responsibilities**

**Program Development**:

- Collaborate with directors & stakeholders to define program objectives, scope, and deliverables
- Assist in developing detailed program plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Support in developing and implementing innovative educational initiatives to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Proactively report and mitigate potential risks and obstacles to program success

**Team Management**:

- Support the Site management in providing leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Assist with regular team meetings and check-ins to ensure alignment and address any issues or concerns to foster culture of collaboration, professional growth, and continuous improvement among staff
- Help plan and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Represent the organization in educational forums, conferences, and events

**Communication and Stakeholder Engagement**
- Help establish and maintain partnerships with educational institutions, community organizations, and stakeholders
- Communicate program objectives, updates, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders through various channels
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote programs and attract participants
- Solicit feedback from stakeholders and incorporate it into program planning and execution

**Logistics and Operations**
- Ensure smooth execution of program activities and events, troubleshooting any issues that arise
- Oversee budgeting and financial management for educational programs, ensuring fiscal responsibility and sustainability

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field
- Proven experience in educational leadership, with a minimum of five (5) years in a senior leadership role
- Strong understanding of educational pedagogy, curriculum development, and instructional design
- Demonstrated success in program development, implementation, and evaluation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively
- Strategic thinker with the ability to envision and execute innovative educational initiatives
- Experience in budget management and financial planning
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to education
- Passion for educational equity and a commitment to serving diverse student populations.
- Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
