We are a Health and Wellness business located at the Malibu Country Mart

We need someone who is:

- up beat, yet calm
- personable with exceptional customer service and sales skills.
- communicates effectively with clients and co-workers.

**Responsibilities**:

- greet clients by name and help to create a welcoming and soothing atmosphere.
- assist clients in filling out intake forms.
- have a personable approach with knowledge of our services, therapist techniques, and promotions.
- introduce customers to their therapist.
- promote and sell services and retail products.
- assist studio operations including, but not limited to, answering the phone, scheduling appointments, organizing client files and member cards, accepting payments, re-stocking work stations, folding linens, sweeping, and other duties assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

- strong people skills and ability to communicate in a professional and courteous manner.
- time management skills, sound judgment, and the ability to multi-task.
- flexible schedule that sometimes includes weekends.
- professional attire.
- great phone etiquette.
- a passion for health and wellness, open to learning, and possible advancement within the company.
- **experience with Vagaro or other scheduling software is a bonus**
