The assistant store manager will be responsible for assisting the store manager all day-to-day operations. They will play a key leadership role in a growing ice cream stand, leading a team of scoopers and shift supervisors, and working closely with the Back of the House Manager/Ice Cream Makers, and the owners with a constant focus on serving the best ice cream around with top-notch customer service, in a clean and food safe environment
- and customer-focused, self-motivated, and have a passion for achieving results.
- Has management experience or equivalent (1 year)
- Has customer service experience (2 years)
- Has experience driving sales and managing labor (1 year)
- Has a strong work ethic, great judgement, and an open mind
- Is energetic, with a positive attitude and is willing to receive feedback
- Leads by example and can role up their sleeves with the team in a fast-paced environment
- Is organized and an excellent problem solver
- Remains calm under pressure and adversity and navigates the team through busy and difficult times
- Is willing to accept unexpected challenges
- Is committed to the well-being of the business, team, and community

**This position also receives tips ranging from $7-15 dollars per hour**

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
