- Create and edit graphics for various purposes, including marketing materials, promotional content, and educational resources.
- Design and produce materials for programs, such as stickers, t-shirts, postcards, flyers, and other marketing collateral.
- Assist with document design and create professional, polished materials for use in academy programs.
- Ensure all designs align with the academy’s brand guidelines and convey the intended message effectively.

**Social Media Management**:

- Design engaging social media content, including posts, stories, banners, and ads.
- Collaborate with the marketing manager to develop and implement social media strategies.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the community to build a strong online presence.

**Website Design and Updates**:

- Assist with the design and layout of the academy’s website, ensuring a user-friendly experience.
- Update website content regularly, including graphics, banners, and other visual elements.
- Work closely with the web development team to implement design changes and enhancements.

**Collaboration and Brand Management**:

- Work with the Programs Manager to ensure all labels and materials needed for programs are print-ready.
- Maintain and enhance the academy’s brand identity across all platforms and materials.
- Develop a deep understanding of the brand’s visual language and ensure consistency in all design outputs.
- Some in-person work will be required at our warehouse to ensure print production is ready for programs on time.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree (or working towards one) in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in graphic design, social media content creation, and website design is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Experience with social media platforms and content creation tools.
- Basic knowledge of web design principles and experience with website builders (e.g., WordPress, Wix).
- Strong creativity and visual storytelling abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong skills in brand management and maintaining brand consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A creative thinker with a passion for design and a strong visual sense.
- Ability to adapt to different styles and project requirements.
- Enthusiasm for staying updated with the latest design trends and technologies.
- Collaborative mindset, willing to work closely with different teams to achieve shared goals.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Dedication to delivering high-quality work on time.
