**Driving Instructor Training Preferably Bilingual (English & Spanish)**
**Required**:This is a combination of **Licensed Driving Instructor **with clerical and operation roles, responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Driving School during instructor training is completed.
Driving Instructor
- We pay for the training
- 20 - 40 Hours a week
- Work Afternoon Hours after 12:00 pm or after 4:00 pm (Flexible start time hour)
- 4 - 8 Hours Shift
- Sunday - Friday
- Saturday and other week day off
- Held a driver’s license for 4 years and be at least 21 years of age (DMV requirement)
- Must possess at least a HS Diploma (Certified translation of HS diploma is required, if issued by other country), or GED certificate.
- Home Internet access, basic computer abilities, reliable transportation, and a cell phone.
- Be able to work 4-5 days per week Sunday to Friday, flexible hours based on daylight. Saturday & Monday we are closed.
- Must be available to teach 20 or 40 hours per week, but more hours may be available.

Administrative and Operational support

- Field Driving School sales and service calls. Provide exceptional service and solicit program enrollments and cross-sell Company products and services.
- Assist walk-in customers with Driving School inquiries.
- Process student registrations and payments. Fulfill other Company services, such as courses sales, as directed.
- Review and update student records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Clerical tasks including, but not limited to, processing and filing paperwork, preparing, and distributing classroom material and updating reports and calendars.
- Coordinate road testing and other related functions, such as bring school vehicle to DMV for students Road Test.
- Complete special assignments and projects as directed.
- Acquire a strong understanding of motor vehicle law and motor vehicle agency regulations, as well as a solid understanding of the driving school/training industry.
A1-Driving is a driving school and family business located in the Stratford, Connecticut area. We are passionate about driver safety, because it is so important to our children, families, and the overall safety of our roads.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
