Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars and scheduling appointments
- Assist with office management tasks such as organizing files, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies
- Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Utilize software tools like QuickBooks and Google Suite for various tasks
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in administrative roles with proficiency in proofreading, calendar management, and office tasks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in project coordination and data entry
- Familiarity with clerical procedures and office management practices
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
