- Oversee equipment enhancements focusing on safety, reliability, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and achieve project objectives.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting support and engineering direction to ensure optimal equipment performance.

**Qualifications**:

- 10+ years’ experience as Manufacturing Supervisor
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and complex problems under time constraints
- Basic MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong industry related technical skills
