As a Sales Advisor, you are pivotal in providing solutions not only for waterproofing and foundation repair but also crawl space encapsulation, sump pump installation, concrete raising, window well solutions, gutter services and more.

Leads are provided, eliminating the need for cold calling, allowing you to concentrate on diagnosing issues and offering impactful solutions. You will deliver compelling in-home presentations and turn the provided leads into satisfied customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

Demonstrate sales performance by consistently meeting or exceeding your sales goal. Expertly diagnose moisture concerns related to basements, crawl spaces, and other structural foundation related issues. Conduct in-depth, in-home sales presentations that speak directly to customer needs. Consistently engage in follow-up activities with potential customers to secure sales.

**Basic Qualifications**
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years in sales or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated success in a professional sales environment.
- Proficiency with technology and CRM software.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends.
- You possess a valid driver's license and have your own vehicle.

The professional sale process we use focuses on listening, educating the customer, correctly diagnosing the situation, providing options to repair, and obtaining the customer’s order.
