**Marketing Communications Specialist***

OneSource is a rapidly growing leader world-class technology services and solutions company. To build on the company’s growth and momentum, we’re searching for a highly qualified Marketing Communications Specialist who can contribute to existing programs and participate in the development of new initiatives. The Marketing Communications Specialist will support a variety of corporate shared services programs that positively impact OneSource's business, employees, clients, and field partners. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative tasks required to support the internal programs led by our leadership team, ensuring alignment with the company's overall vision and values.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Learning & Development**
- Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate employee engagement and learning events.
- Promote, schedule, materials preparation, and day-of event coordination for quarterly internal learning events (in-office and virtual).
- Administer OneSource Field Resource (Technician) Training program to include:

- Market and promote training programs and initiatives.
- Act as primary point of contact/administrator for enrolled field resources.
- Assign and log coursework completion.
- Progress reporting to leadership.
- Work with Sales, Vendor Management, and technical resources to coordinate virtual learning events.
- Facilitate technician incentives and coordinate (shipping) delivery.

**Health, Safety, Security & Environment**
- Provide professional administrative support to the HSSE leadership and program supporting the business, to include:

- Recordkeeping & incident reporting.
- Assigning & tracking HSSE training.
- Policy, training & reporting preparation, revision, and maintenance.
- Facilitate & attend internal meetings, preparing, filing and distributing agendas and minutes.
- Craft internal HSSE communications
- General updates
- Monthly Health & Safety Awareness memo Corporate Program Support
- Provide support to leadership and cross-functional teams as they execute and sustain diverse internal programs.
- General administrative and program support tasks as assigned by manager.

**REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven administrative experience (2+ years)
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional time-management skills and multitasking ability
- Proven problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Aptitude for learning new processes. software and systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace or a similar business suite for communication and collaboration
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others

**PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- College degree in (or pursing) Business, Communications, Marketing or equivalent
- Previous success in office project management
- Telecom/IT industry experience
- Knowledge of safety and/or learning and development

**WORK SCHEDULE**
- Category: Full-time, 30-40 hours/week o 30 hours/week - 1st 60-90 days*, 40 hours/week after
- Based on training progression and company need
- Role Type: Hybrid (3 days in-office)
