We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Specialist to provide comprehensive support to our senior executives and business development teams. The ideal candidate will manage marketing tasks, business development tasks, administrative tasks, facilitate communication, and ensure efficient operation of the marketing and key stakeholders. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Events Management:
    • Experience: A strong background in planning, organizing, and executing events such as webinars, trade shows, conferences, and trainings.
    • Creativity: Ability to conceptualize engaging event themes, create compelling content, and ensure seamless logistics.
    • Networking: Proficiency in building and maintaining relationships with event partners, vendors, and attendees.
  • Marketing Development Funds (MDF):
    • Understanding: Familiarity with MDF programs and how they work.
    • Allocation: Knowledge of how to allocate MDF funds effectively for joint marketing activities with partners.
    • Metrics: Ability to measure the impact of MDF investments on brand awareness and sales.
  • Rebates:
    • Financial Acumen: Understanding of rebate structures, calculations, and financial implications.
    • Negotiation Skills: Capability to negotiate rebate terms with partners and vendors.
    • Compliance: Awareness of rebate program guidelines and adherence to them.
  • Social Media:
    • Platform Expertise: Proficiency in managing social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram).
    • Content Creation: Skill in creating engaging social media content, including posts, stories, and videos.
    • Analytics: Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Partner Management:
    • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with channel partners.
    • Collaboration: Capability to work closely with partners to align marketing goals and execute joint campaigns.
    • Results-Driven: Focus on achieving mutual business objectives through effective partner management.
  • Key Stakeholder Management
    • Manage and prioritize stakeholder calendars.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries.
    • Handle correspondence and manage incoming communications.
    • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
    • Take detailed minutes during meetings and organize follow-ups.
    • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
    • Manage the logistics of meetings and events.
    • Oversee special projects and initiatives as directed by key stakeholders.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a marketing specialist or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other office management tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
