As a New Business Developer at Epirco Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales initiatives and managing client accounts within the Tampa region. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in a performance-based environment and is keen to maximize earning potential through a generous commission structure.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Business Development**: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Tampa market. Utilize networking and prospecting skills to meet sales quotas and facilitate business growth.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Act as the liaison between Epirco Group and clients, ensuring outstanding customer service and client satisfaction.
- **Sales Strategy Implementation**: Develop effective sales strategies tailored to the client's needs, with a focus on maximizing profitability and customer acquisition.
- **Account Management**: Oversee and manage all aspects of client accounts. Regularly assess account progress, conduct strategic reviews, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure success.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscapes. Use insights to enhance sales strategies and approaches.
- **Collaboration and Reporting**: Work closely with other departments to align sales strategies with company goals. Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and results to senior management.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales or a similar role; minimum 2 years required.
- Strong familiarity with **Finance Industry **OR **Infrastructure and Real Estate Industry **OR **Health and Wellness Industry** and ability to leverage networks to increase sales.
- Should we willing to Cold Call if needed.
- Experience with CRM software and digital sales platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
**Compensation**:
- This is a commission-based position with the potential to earn between $36,000 to $150,000 annually, based on performance.
**Additional Information**:
This position is not eligible for remote work. Applicants must be prepared to work in our Tampa office.
