- **Equipment Troubleshooting**: Undertake basic troubleshooting and minor equipment adjustments, coordinating with the Maintenance Department for more complex issues.
- **Shift Handovers**: Facilitate comprehensive shift handovers, ensuring the next team is well-informed and prepared for a smooth transition.
- **Additional Responsibilities**: Embrace additional tasks as necessary, contributing positively to the team's collective achievements and the company's overarching goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a packaging operator or similar role in an industrial warehouse setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with packaging machinery and maintenance procedures.
- Knowledge of quality control, inventory management, and health and safety practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing plant environment with exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures.

**Work Schedule**:

- Full-time position with the possibility of overtime and weekend work as required by production schedules.
