Job Responsibilities

As a Packaging Operator, you will be responsible for:

  • Setting up and operating various packaging equipment, including carton erectors, partition inserters, product inserters, foil dispensers, top closers, and palletization equipment.
  • Performing manual tasks, such as building boxes and hand packaging bottles.
  • Conducting visual quality checks and performing changeovers of packaging equipment.
  • Applying correct labels and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 6 months of manufacturing experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • The ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for at least 12 hours.
  • High cleanliness standards and the ability to work with multiple equipment types simultaneously.
Performance Measurements

Your success will be measured by:

  • Accurately following labeling procedures.
  • Conducting quality checks and maintaining a high level of quality.
