Wegmann USA is experiencing growth and increased complexity of programs. Consequently, we are currently recruiting a Program Assistant to work at our Lake Mary Florida facility.

The Program Assistant will report to the Director of Simulation & Training. The Program Assistant will serve as a central point of organization for program tasks, meetings, milestones, and communication. The Program Assistant will join meetings to record minutes and capture key program milestones, and subsequently expedite the team in fulfillment of such milestones. The Program Assistant will review and assist in the creation of proposals, presentations, schedules, charts, and other documents for the Director of Simulation.

**Preferred Education**:

- an associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Keyboarding
- Good interpersonal and communications skills both written and oral.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic regarding the challenges of a dynamic environment
- The ability and desire to learn and develop new skills and adapt to change.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
- The ability to collaborate with colleagues, customers, suppliers, and others working in many disciplines. (engineers, technicians, program managers, contract administrators etc.)
- Strong reading comprehension and grammar skills
- Familiarity with programmatic, and contractual terminology
- The ability to proofread, correct, and enhance existing documents
- **US Citizen or Green Card holder**

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
