**Refugee Resettlement Case Manager**
**Class: Full-Time/Exempt**
**Salary Range: $60,000-$65,000**

The Refugee Resettlement Case Manager (RRCM) works directly with refugees, asylee, SIV and trafficking victims by providing direct case management services, group support, and employment services with a trauma informed service delivery focus. The (RRCM) will be instrumental in cultivating connections and ensuring access to therapeutic services and community resources. The (RRCM) will work with the team of JFS wrap around services, volunteers, and community agencies to ensure comprehensive integration for refugee families in the Greater Greenwich community. The (RRCM) will also be involved in the Refugee Resettlement process by assisting new refugee families that arrive in CT and assisting with resources and basic needs.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Deliver workforce/outreach services.
- Provide case management for all refugee clients assigned.
- Welcome new refugee families that are arriving in the United States and being resettled in the greater Greenwich community.
- Attend statewide meetings for specific contracts pertaining specifically for refugees, immigration, and trafficking victims.
- Document all case notes and interventions on required systems.
- Provide outreach and engagement to local community partners and potential referral sources who are involved with refugee populations.
- Attend quarterly meetings with active volunteer groups including faith-based congregation and volunteer groups.
- Participate in special projects assigned by CEO and Director of Immigration and legal services as needed.

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bachelor’s degree in social services or social work from an accredited school with prior experience working with refugee, immigrant populations, master’s degree preferred
- Driver’s license required.
- Experience with various client populations.
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Problem solving, analytical, communication and crisis management skills are necessary to assist clients and/or caregivers who may be in distress.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
