**Administrative Assistant**
We are seeking a highly-organized and detail-oriented individual to assist management with day-to-day tasks and projects. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment, providing administrative support across multiple departments. This role requires a versatile professional who can handle administrative tasks while managing and coordinating larger projects.
Essential Duties:
- Tradeshow/Conference logistics & management including but not limited to:
- Managing conference/tradeshow sponsorships and registration
- Book/manage flights for sales reps
- Book/manage hotel reservations for sales reps
- Research new conference/tradeshow opportunities
- Manage conference materials & handle shipping materials to/from events
- Organization & coordination of internal events including webinars and conferences
- Organization & management of marketing files; ensuring that marketing documents are up-to-date
- Organization & management of marketing materials inventory
- Count inventory, maintain marketing inventory document, order new materials when necessary
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed
- Assist with marketing and sales projects as needed
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Minimum of 3 years professional experience in administration
- Excellent verbal, written, communication, and organizational skills
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Quick learner with ability to adapt to new technologies
- Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments
- Experienced with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience working on or closely with software development teams is a plus Demonstrated ability to work well with customers and resolve customer issues
- Strong sense of ownership/urgency. Self-starter with ability to work with mínimal supervision support capacity
- Highly organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Competitive Salary Based on Experience Level.
Pay: $45,000.00 per year
