**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Landscaping and Lawn Maintenance Crew Lead to oversee daily operations on assigned routes. This position requires expertise in operating landscaping machinery and leading a team to ensure timely and high-quality completion of services.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage a crew in daily landscaping tasks including lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and general maintenance.
- Drive a truck and trailer to transport the crew and equipment to various job sites.
- Operate and maintain power tools and landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
- Ensure all landscaping tasks are completed in accordance with company standards and client expectations.
- Train and mentor new crew members, promoting a culture of safety and efficiency.
- Manage route schedules and client interactions on the field.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a crew leader in landscaping or a similar field.
- Strong ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and proficiently.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and experience driving a truck with a trailer.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks in various weather conditions.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
