Our client an undisputed leader in the streaming technology and publishing industry is seeking a **Campaign Production Manager in Newark, NJ(Hybrid)**

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Coordinate with several internal teams including content marketing, member engagement, and research to consult, build, and refine their outbound marketing tactics
- Develop and build sophisticated customer segments for outbound campaigns, optimizing for KPIs
- Create automated marketing campaigns and migrate current manual campaigns to increase efficiency on Amazon and the client's proprietary systems
- Integrate personalization into our outbound marketing campaigns through data providers and flexible templates

**Basic Qualifications**
- Expertise in managing and prioritizing multiple projects with great attention to detail
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Technology Field, or a related field of study
- Strong organizational and communication skills with proven ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and ability to collaborate with cross-functional team
- Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes
- Strong analytical capability and a solid understanding of success metrics
- Working knowledge and understanding of HTML

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Hands-on experience with Movable Ink
- Moderate to advanced experience with Project Management tools such as JIRA
- Basic SQL experience and familiarity with queries
