Job Description:

The Marketing Operations team is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Campaign Production Manager on a temporary basis. This individual will play a pivotal role in executing outbound marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams, and optimizing customer engagement tactics.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and oversee the production of outbound marketing campaigns across email, push notifications, and emerging communication platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including content marketing, member engagement, and research, to consult, develop, and refine outbound marketing strategies.
  • Develop and implement sophisticated customer segments for outbound campaigns, with a focus on optimizing key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Create and automate marketing campaigns, transitioning manual processes to increase efficiency within Amazon and [Company Name]'s proprietary systems.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on email and push best practices, ensuring compliance with CAN-SPAM and CASL regulations.
  • Integrate personalization into outbound marketing campaigns through data providers and flexible templates.


Basic Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience executing emails with Salesforce/ExactTarget or similar Email Service Providers (ESPs).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Technology Field, or related field of study.
  • Technical proficiency, excellent communication skills, and a drive to enhance processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of success metrics.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of HTML.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Movable Ink.
  • Moderate to advanced HTML skills and a general understanding of email development.
  • Moderate to advanced experience with Project Management tools such as JIRA.
  • Basic SQL experience and familiarity with queries.
