Retirement Savings Program 40 hours/week, 7 Month Assignment Email Marketing Campaign Production Manager

Responsibilities: Own and manage the production of outbound marketing campaigns for us across email, push, and emerging communications platforms. Coordinate with several internal teams including content marketing, member engagement, and research to consult, build, and refine their outbound marketing tactics. Develop and build sophisticated customer segments for outbound campaigns, optimizing for KPIs. Create automated marketing campaigns and migrate current manual campaigns to increase efficiency on our proprietary systems. Serve as a subject matter expert on email and push best practices and CAN-SPAM and CASL to internal clients. Integrate personalization into our outbound marketing campaigns through data providers and flexible templates. Email Marketing Campaign Production Manager

Qualifications: 2-5 years of hands-on experience executing emails with Salesforce/Exact Target or similar ESPs (Email Service Providers). Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Technology Field, or a related field of study. Expertise in managing and prioritizing multiple projects with great attention to detail. Hands-on experience with Movable Ink preferred. Moderate to advanced experience with Project Management tools such as JIRA preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills with proven ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and ability to collaborate with cross-functional team. Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes. Strong analytical capability and a solid understanding of success metrics. Working knowledge and understanding of HTML. Moderate to advanced HTML skills and a general understanding of email development preferred. Basic SQL experience and familiarity with queries preferred.
