**Job Summary and Qualifications**:
UP TO $15,000 SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE
**Job Summary**: We are seeking a dynamic **Float Pool** **RN** to join our team. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. You will have the unique ability to “float” between several different areas across the nursing spectrum.
**What will you will do in this role**:
- Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
- Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis
- Provide plan based care with a commitment to continuous improvement
**Job Requirements**:
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required
- 2 years’ of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting
- Current BLS required
- Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire
- BSN is preferred
**What qualifications you will need**:
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
