We are seeking a skilled Float Pool RN to provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic and collaborative environment. As a Float Pool RN, you will have the unique opportunity to work across various nursing units, utilizing your expertise to deliver high-quality care to patients in need.
Key Responsibilities- Advocate for patients and their families, ensuring their privacy and confidentiality are respected.
- Conduct thorough nursing assessments and diagnoses to inform patient care plans.
- Provide evidence-based care, prioritizing continuous improvement and patient outcomes.
- 1 year of recent acute care RN experience (within the last 2 years) is required.
- Flexibility to float to multiple units is essential.
- Current licensure as a registered professional nurse in the state of practice is mandatory.
- State of Florida license or compact licensure is required.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is necessary.
- Nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting is preferred.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- AHCA Level 2 background screen and fingerprinting are required.
