Outside Sales Representative

Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and develop strategies to reach them
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients including optometrists, optical retailers, and other stakeholders in the prescription glasses industry.
- Present and demonstrate our products and services to prospective customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in outside sales specifically in the eyewear or optical industry.
- Strong business development skills with a focus on generating new leads
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a drive to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
