Experienced Residential Interior Designer

INTERIOR DESIGNER

Responsibilities Include:

- Manage residential projects from conception to completion in the role of Project Manager.
- Experience with and production of construction and design drawing sets.
- Contribute to the development of design concepts, color, lighting and all furnishings.
- Knowledge of all design processes, including FF&E, specifications, finish and material selections etc.
- Create and maintain schedules, budget spreadsheets, proposals and purchase orders.
- Review contractor/vendor documents with precise order tracking and installation scheduling.
- Construction management with the coordination of multiple installations of furnishings for projects of varying complexity.
- A minimum of 3-5 years experience and prior employment in high end residential interior design.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- A high level of proficiency with AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, InDesign, Design Manager and Microsoft Office
