**Overview**:
**Mandatory Skills/ Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project analysis, project management, or a related role.
- Familiarity with Medicaid programs, and/or healthcare IT

**Desirable Skills/ Experience**:

- PMP or CAMP certification.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
