A Typical Day:
The **Financial Reporting Analyst** will assist in the preparation of external financial reporting documents which include 10Qs, 10Ks, and other required filings. As the **Financial Analyst**, you will develop and track key statistical information and performance metrics, prepare various reporting views, gather requirements for new reporting, organize and present data to management.

The **Financial Reporting Analyst **will:

- Prepare statements of cash flows for the subsidiaries
- Complete GAAP and SEC checklists
- Assist in the debt compliance reporting process, including understanding of debt agreements and creating the necessary reporting from those agreements
- Deliver data and other support information requests as needed for audits and reviews conducted by external auditors
- Participate in the earnings release process including assisting with the preparation of the quarterly management reporting package, preparation and analysis of support for investor relations as required and review of financial information included in the earnings release and script
- Gather requirements for new reporting and develop of new reporting views
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
- Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values

What You’ll Bring:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting required; Master’s degree in accounting preferred
- CPA certification a plus (or in the process of passing the CPA exam)
- SEC and technical reporting experience (10Ks, 10Qs, 8Ks) preferred
- Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word

**Compensation**:Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:

- Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
- Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
- Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role

Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.

**Salary**: $65,000 - $100,000 Work Model: OFFICE
