**Duties**:
**Major Duties**:

- Acts as the Chief Operations Analyst and the Chief of the Performance Branch under the direction of the Director and Deputy Director of the division.
- Plans, schedules, directs, and supervises the work performed by technical analysts.
- Develops employee performance standards, delivers performance evaluations, assists employees in career planning, and counsels them on administrative matters.
- Reviews and analyzes OFCCP regulations, legislative agenda, policies, complex compliance evaluation operation, and workflows in the Compliance Management System to incorporate a full understanding of data and its interpretation in the agency reports and other work products.
- Determines the need for IT enhancements and evaluates the impact of such enhancements on the branch's work products.
- Attends and participates in various management meetings withrepresentatives from the Office of the Deputy Secretary of Labor, Office of the Solicitor of Labor, Office of the Chief Information Office, Office of the Chief Financial Officer, and the Office of Public Administration.
- Represents the agency on the Data Board and implements Board recommendations on all agency data systems.
- Plans and directs complex analytical work that supports agency leadership in the review of policies, operational procedures, compliance management workflow, system-wide data integration, and information flow.
- Acquires and reviews management and operational data to investigate efficiencies, and productivity and develops alternatives to resolve complex problems.
- Monitors, reports, and conducts an analysis of patterns and trends of case workload, program results, affected class members, and remedies collected.

- You will be required to submit to Suitability/Fitness for the Trust Determination Process.

- **GS-14**:Applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 level in the Federal Service. Examples of qualifying specialized experience include:

- Leading projects from concept to implementation, including defining objectives, scope, and approach, as well as specific milestones and deliverables.
- Performing evaluations or studies that integrate qualitative and quantitative data to drive recommendations for program performance improvement.
- Developing agency-level annual plans, with measures and milestones, to support continuous improvement and monitor success.

**Education**:
If your education was completed at a foreign college or university, you must show comparability to education received in accredited educational institutions in the United States and comparability to applicable minimum coursework requirements for this position.
