Self motivated, detail oriented and ability to communicate well with fellow team members and patients. Someone to join our growing team in one of the largest solely owned Dental practices in Northern California/Sacramento. This person would be a part of growing, protecting and embracing our culture and contribute to their team by leading through example and holding themselves personally accountable.

**What is your mission as a Patient Experience Advocate?**

Create and ensure a 5-star experience for every patient that you come in contact with. As a Patient Experience Advocate you will be responsible for creating and executing a memorable and unique experience for every patient.

As the first impression for our office our Patient Experience Advocates are instrumental in developing relationships with customers and setting the tone for an excellent one-of-a-kind customer experience. The primary objective within the first year is to upgrade the customer experience by overdelivering with expert customer relations and increasing the internal referrals by 10%.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
