Luxury Lake Conroe Resort Valet Attendant/ Private

Location: la Madeleine in Market Street: 9595 Six Pines Dr. Suite 100, The Woodlands, TX 77380.
*When you arrive, please go to the outside patio area where the interviews will be held. Please bring your resume.
Interact with guests of a Luxury Resort on Lake Conroe while providing exceptional service on the valet drive and the bell desk.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Parking guests' vehicles safely and efficiently
- Assisting guests with luggage to and from their room and vehicle
- Utilizing valet parking procedures in accordance with company policies.
- Conduct assessments and document any vehicle damage before taking possession.
- Park vehicles in designated spaces, recording parking space locations and numbers on valet tickets.
- Assisting guests with luggage.
- Strictly adhere to company policies, prioritizing the safety and well-being of customers and employees.
- Perform any other duties as specifically assigned by management.
**Skills needed**:
- Great customer service
- Quick decision making
- Ability to drive large vehicles safely and confidently (Trucks, Sprinter vans, etc.)
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles (Not required but heavily encouraged)
- Good knowledge of different vehicle types, makes, and models.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Function effectively in all weather conditions.
- Capable of running or walking short distances.
- Effective communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
**Time Management and Punctuality**:
- Emphasize the importance of time management.
- Maintain punctuality and adhere to scheduled shifts.
- Prioritize and complete tasks within specified time frames.
**Eligibility Criteria**:
- Maintain a clean driving record.
- Possess a reliable mode of transportation to and from work.
**Schedule**:
- Day/ Evening Shifts: $10-$15 per hour plus tips based on experience
- On average, attendants and chauffeurs have the opportunity to make $25-$30/hour with tips included
- Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week.
**Private Chauffeur Requirements**:
- Transport clients to and from their destinations in a safe and timely manner.
- Private Chauffeurs go above and beyond to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction. From opening vehicle/building doors to assisting with luggage, we strive to give every client a luxurious experience.
- Clean driving record.
- Safely operate customer vehicles, adhering to all applicable laws and ordinances.
- Must be at least 23 years old.
- On average, attendants and chauffeurs have the opportunity to make $25-$30/hour with tips included
