We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will be responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining talented employees while ensuring compliance with labor regulations. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster a positive work culture.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing and employee insurance plans
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with best practices and legal requirements
- Maintain employee records and HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and create workforce plans
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters

**Qualifications**:

- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in California
- Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
