Front Desk Agent

**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

**Skills**:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in phone systems and phone etiquette
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and tact
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with exceptional service and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. If you have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a friendly demeanor, we would love to have you join our team.

Please note that this position requires working evenings (3PM to 11PM) and weekends.
