Job Summary

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct surveillance and investigations to prevent and deter loss or theft of company assets.
- Review CCTV footage to identify potential security breaches and take corrective action.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to investigate and resolve incidents.
- Prepare detailed reports on security incidents and present findings to management.
- Develop and implement loss prevention strategies to reduce the risk of loss or theft.
- Provide training and support to employees on security protocols and procedures.
- Manage and maintain security systems and equipment.
- Identify and address any potential security vulnerabilities in company operations.
- Maintain a high level of visibility and engagement with employees and management to promote a safe and secure work environment.
- Stay up-to-date with changing security regulations and trends.

**Skills**:

- Strong surveillance skills.
- Experience in criminal investigation and loss prevention.
- Ability to write clear and concise reports.
- Background in law enforcement or a related field.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems.
- Excellent conflict management skills.
- Possession of a certificate in loss prevention or law enforcement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
