Clinical Office Coordinator

Our leadership has over 25 years of experience in the skilled nursing space, and we've applied our extensive industry knowledge to our proprietary EMR system, in-facility treatment modalities, and insurance-compliant documentation.

Duties and Responsibility

The Clinic Office Coordinator is responsible for the organization and maintenance of all office operations and procedures while supporting the staff administration. This position requires attention to detail, time management skills, appreciation of a fast-paced team, multi-tasking, and enjoyment of creating and maintaining a pleasant work environment.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Clinic.
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Oversee inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Function as key communication point within the practice and among providers.
- Act as initial point of escalation for any staff, provider, or patient concern.
- Provide clear and consistent communication with employees.
- Ensure clinical staff meetings and hurdles are performed successfully.
- Ensure appropriate orientation of new employees and facilitate on-going training and development of clinical staff to meet changing needs and organizational demands.

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma/Equivalency
- 2-year Clinic Office Coordinator preferred

Physical/Mental Demands and Work Environment:

- Frequent standing, walking, and sitting required for extended periods of time.
- Requires visual and hearing acuity.
- Able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
