**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Posts new content for NRCA’s websites
- Participates in discussions regarding website design, functionality and content
- Uses HTML to upload content to NRCA’s content management system
- Provides overall support for IT support ticket requests from the NRCA staff
- Manages scope, requirements and timelines in coordination with the Manager of IT Projects
- Provides timely project updates, statuses, and deadlines.
- Assists in various requests for managing and servicing the association management system

**SKILLS**:
**Required**:

- Excellent multitasking, problem solving, and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages and management tools such as HTML, content management system (CMS) and cascading style sheets (CSS)
- Strong attention to detail/accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines/schedules
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work with a team and work independently
- Initiative, proactive contributor to the department

**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE**:
**Required**:

- Degree in Information Technology (IS, CS, MIS) with at least one year’s experience in the information technology field.
- Or, four-year college degree with at least three years in the information technology field.

**TRAVEL AND OVERTIME REQUIREMENTS**:
Occasional overtime will be required of this position.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
