Business Analyst

The IT Planning Analyst will be responsible for assisting the Strategy & Planning Analyst in the annual planning process by coordinating the collection and maintenance of data related to proposed projects for the upcoming year. This requires scheduling of meetings, follow up with meeting notes, follow up with action item owners and providing progress update. Additionally, the Planning Analyst will assist the Resource Planning Analyst with the collection, maintenance, and reporting of weekly execution plan of projects in the active IT project portfolio. The planning analyst must have excellent analytical, organizational, influence, and communications skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools - Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.


- This is basically a Jr. BA/PM

- Coordinate and Facilitate meetings

- Maintaining daily and weekly data then putting into system

- Tech skills: Proficient with Word and Excel

- "Influence without Authority"
